This project was Prime's first "all-suites" hotel chain venture in the Northeast. The hotel, built on a 7 acre site, features 127 all-suites guest rooms, meeting facilities for 150 people, indoor pool, exercise room, and a 30' high lobby atrium.

As General Contractor, Damon G. Douglas Company supervised a force of over 100 men to complete this fast track project in only 7 1/2 months.  In order to control the pace of the project, all carpentry and drywall work was performed directly by Damon G. Douglas Company. Despite schedule demands, the project was completed on time and to the high quality standards expected by Prime Hospitality.
