Black Creek

This project consists of 19 condo buildings with seven living units in each building, for a total of 19 one bedroom, 76 two bedroom and 38 three bedroom units. Units range from approximately 900 SF to 1500 SF. The complex will also have a poolhouse along with a gatehouse at the main entrance. Along the existing lagoon, a boathouse and boardwalk will be built. The building exteriors are a combination of stone and cedar siding.

Extensive landscaping and natural boulder walls will enhance the natural setting. The construction duration is approximately 20 months.
