Damon G. Douglas Company was asked to construct a 41,000 SF high-end tenant fit up in White Plains, NY for the Evergreen Asset Management Corporation, headquartered in Boston. The Owner’s ambitious schedule required move-in within ten weeks to preclude any year end Y2K problems. The renovated space included a Trading Room, 1500 SF Presentation/Conference facility, private offices, administrative/clerical areas, Reception Area, Computer Room, cafeteria and toilet rooms. The space is highlighted by an elliptical shaped inner wall, 430 feet in circumference; accented by an encircling, cold cathode tube light cove at the ceiling.

Further enhancements included a premium millwork/architectural woodwork package, custom aluminum/glass storefront system and high end finishes. Damon G. Douglas Company employed a two-shift operation for most of the fit up to meet the schedule and completed the project on time and within budget.
