First Union National Bank, Interior Renovations, Millburn, New Jersey

The Damon G. Douglas Company completely renovated first and second floors of First Union National Bank’s facility in Millburn, New Jersey. The work included complete demolition and rebuilding of the first floor branch bank and second floor office space. The complete renovated area totaled in excess of 10,000 SF.

The work was comprised of new offices, HVAC, toilet rooms, ceilings, teller line, roofing, carpet, and finishes. All activities were completed while maintaining the facility’s normal operation to the public .

The second floor office space was renovated to become the new home of First Union’s Corporate Real Estate Team, and constructed to reflect the standards of First Union’s corporate space requirements.
