Damon G. Douglas Company built this new 3,700 SF stand alone prototype banking facility for First Union National Bank on Main Avenue, in Clifton, New Jersey, at the east end of a new mall on Route 3.

The facility was fast-tracked to accommodate First Union’s accelerated schedule with Damon G. Douglas Company coordinating all the activities, including the bank’s vendors, to meet the banks’ time requirements.

Damon G. Douglas Company installed an extensive millwork package from prefabricated pieces shipped from out of state to provide a warm and comfortable space in contrast to a typical banking facility.

This prototype facility features state-of-the-art banking equipment including a prefabricated self-service safe deposit vault, ATM, automated cash delivery system, and satellite television system.
