 Damon G. Douglas Company completely gutted and converted 90,000 sf of
existing office space into a new data center. Work included installation of back up UPS
power for all equipment, new stand alone air conditioning system, and a new security
system. The data center project was fast tracked and completed on schedule in four and a
half months. Work also included renovations to 150,000 sf of supporting office areas at
the facility, and replacement of 260,000 sf of roofing.
